If you buy for the first time from the Defenx webshop, this step by step guide will show you how to buy defenx products correctly.

All purchases on the Defenx website are protected by encryption and security systems that guarantee the maximum safety in all the transactions.

• Select the Defenx product and the number of licenses then click the NEXT button.

• The new window will show the details of the order. Make sure it is correct and then press the ORDER button

• In the new window you must enter NAME - SURNAME - CITY '- TOWN - EMAIL and then press the NEXT button

• If all fields are filled in correctly, the new window will confirm that the order has been sent successfully. Now press the button "CHECK OUT WITH PAYPAL"

• At this point you can complete the payment with your credit card filling in all the fields in the PAYPAL window. Once completed, click the button "REVIEW PAYMENT"

• The new window will show the details of the order. Make sure it is correct, press the Continue button and wait for the transaction.

• If the transaction is successful, you will be redirected automatically to the Defenx website. Click the button "CONFIRM"

• That's all!- Now check your email address you entered at the time of purchase and follow the instructions to download the product and activate it.
